What is Reiki?

flow supporting your body’s natural healing abilities.
It is a non invasive treatment that helps you find peace and a sense of inner calm.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a relaxing practise that uses gentle movements and breathing exercises.
It helps you to connect with your body and mind andcan improve your flexibility and overall well-being.
Any level of physical fitness can enjoy the practise and no previous experience or knowledge of

Reiki Practicioner
My relationship with Reiki started over 10 years ago.
As a recipient, Reiki has been life changing for me, helping to ease anxiety symptoms and allow me to feel my true self.
Becoming a practioner and going on a journey of self healing and discovery had been enlightening and incredibly beneficial. I know first hand how valuablle Reiki can be and my mission is to share it with as many people as I can.

I am the owner and instructor at
Clare Lodge Yoga.
I have been practising Yoga for approximately 20 years
and teaching for seven. Initially my yoga practise focused soley on the physical aspects of hot yoga.
However, over time, I discovered the profound impact
of yoga on self discovery and healing.

Programmes
We are flexible with our programmes and offer a variaty of lengths and times.
Each session is carefully curated to ensure they encompase elements that will give maximum
benefits to the recipients in the time provided.
Individual Short Boosting Sessions
20 minutes, one person at a time
Using techniques tailored to suit your business needs, this session offers a brief yet effective break to recharge both the mind and body, boosting energy and enhancing focus.
Small Group Courses
45 minutes – 1 hour
Suitable for 5 people at a time
Small group courses begin with a breathing exercise, which is followed by some gentle mat based yoga movement.
These courses can be run as yoga only sessions or reiki healing can be incorporated with Emma channelling reiki energy to
each individual throughout the practise. The session is finished with a small mediation to refocus and energise.
Group Workshops
Up to 2 hours, that provide individuals with a real chance to rest and restore
Suitable for up to 10 people at a time
Our longer workshops are perfect for combining all practises, incorporating both yoga and reiki into the sessions.
Usually starting with some breathwork or light meditation, followed by approx 75 minutes of Yoga flow and Reiki.
For the final part of the session a refreshing herbal tea will be offered, holding a space for individuals to come round and share any experiences or ask any questions they may have.
Where?
We are happy to host our events in-house at your workplace providing you have the right size and setting available.
Otherwise we have a studio space in the heart of Cheadle Hulme.
All equipment is provided.
We are both fully insured qualified practitioners with over 10 years of experience, extremely passionate about promoting
well being and committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for your team.
We recommended to practice monthly or bi-monthly to maintain the benefits for your employees and workplace.

Regular practise is key to getting the most out of Yoga & Reiki.
As with all modes, the more you practise, the more you will benefit from it.
With yoga you will become more familiar with the postures and breathing techniques, and with this familiararity you
will have the confidence to transfer these skills into areas of your everyday life. Regular reiki work with gradually allow
you to let go of stresses with more awareness as to how they affect your day to day life, allowing you to work and
live more productively.
